Relatively small update

Changes since Prototype 9

UI & Menus

• Updated the font for the whole UI & Menus.
• Fixed Settings in the Pause Menu not having a darkened background.

Settings

• Added Basic Settings : Language, Resolution, Full Screen, V-Sync, Audio, etc… (some of those are disabled in WebGL, same for Audio as there’s no audio in game right now)
• Added Localization for everything but Upgrades iin French, Spanish and German.

Other

• Added Numpad 1/2/3 as alternative inputs to select upgrades
