Prototype 4b

Not a lot of changes as it’s mostly finishing the game loop and adding basic menus, with minimal change to the gameplay.

Changes since Prototype 3 :

• Added a real game over.
• Added basic menus (main menu, pause menu, etc…).
• Increased the player’s base speed.
• Reduced the number of player speed upgrades (maxed speed remains the same).
• Smoothed the paddle controls a bit.

Prototype 4 was showcased at OcciLan. 4b includes a few bug fixes.
